Peter Levine

Peter Levine, MA (Oxon), founded the former FTSE 250 Imperial Energy Corporation PLC and was its Executive Chairman and largest individual shareholder until it’s $2.4 billion sale in January 2009. Peter is the sole beneficial owner of PLLG Investments, his family investment fund, which is a 24.29% owner of Molecular Energies PLC. Peter is also Chairman of Molecular Energies spin-off, ATOME PLC. Peter is an Honorary Fellow of his alma mater Trinity College, Oxford University, and was previously the Chairman of the then FTSE 250 Severfield-Rowen Plc and Keltbray Plc.
Jorge Dario Bongiovanni
Independent Non-Executive Director
Jorge Bongiovanni, MBA, an Argentine citizen, has over 40 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. After University in both Argentina and the United States of America, Jorge commenced work as a Production Engineer in Argentina, rising up the ranks to lead the initial upstream exploration and production operations for Repsol in South America, before going on to work for Petrobras in senior positions.
Jorge joined IFC in 2007, part of the World Bank Group, and was Principal Petroleum Engineer from 2010-14 based out of IFC’s headquarters in Washington DC. After retirement from full-time employment in 2014, Jorge continued to provide consultancy services to IFC for a further two years until recently.
